Every wedding looks a little different, and I’ll always help guide you toward the amount of coverage that best supports the way you want to experience your day. As a general starting point:
8 hours is ideal when everything happens in one location — allowing for a relaxed pace without feeling rushed.
10 hours is perfect for two locations — giving space for travel, breathing room in the timeline, and a more laid-back flow.
12 hours is best for three or more locations, cultural traditions, or extended celebrations — ensuring your full story is documented from start to finish.
When we connect, we’ll build your timeline first — then choose the coverage that fits naturally, rather than trying to squeeze your plans into a package.

Perfect for intimate celebrations of about 80 guests or fewer at one beautiful location.

FILM PHOTOGRAPHY
If you love the nostalgic, timeless feel of film, this add-on is a beautiful way to bring that softness and texture into your gallery. Film blends seamlessly with digital coverage to create a layered, story-driven collection of images.
Includes two rolls of film, professional developing, and high-resolution scans.
$300 + GST
SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
A second photographer is great for weddings with over 100 guests or timelines with overlapping events — like both of you getting ready at the same time or cocktail hour overlapping with family portraits.
This allows for more coverage, varied perspectives, and the ability to capture reactions and moments as they unfold simultaneously.
$150 + GST / hour
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
An engagement session is a chance to slow down and capture this season of your life — without the rush of a wedding day. It’s also the perfect way for us to connect, so you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
$525 + GST
ADDITIONAL COVERAGE
If your wedding day needs a little extra time, additional coverage can always be added — before or after booking, and even on the day itself in most cases. This option is rarely needed thanks to the thoughtful timeline we’ll create together, but it’s always there if plans shift.
$400 + GST / hour
WEDDING ALBUM & PRINTS
A tangible way to relive your day for years to come. You can work with me to design a custom album that tells the story of your wedding — from the big moments to the quiet in-between ones.
You’ll also have access to a professional print shop directly through your online gallery, making it easy to order high-quality prints for your home or for loved ones.
Albums start at $500 + GST
TRAVEL
Coverage includes Metro Vancouver. If your celebration takes place outside this area, I’ll provide a custom travel quote so we can make it work. Distance shouldn’t keep us from creating something meaningful together.

Getting to Know Each Other
We’ll start with a relaxed video call — a chance to meet, hear your story, and talk through what you’re envisioning for your wedding day.
During this call, we’ll create a draft timeline built around what matters most to you, and find the coverage that best supports how you want your day to feel. I’ll also share ideas and gentle guidance, drawn from years of experience, to help everything flow naturally, without pressure or rush.
After our call, I’ll send you my wedding planning guide — designed to help you plan with photography in mind and feel prepared for what’s ahead. It’s filled with timeline tips, planning insight, and thoughtful suggestions to help your day feel as relaxed and intentional as possible.
We’ll also walk through logistics — choosing the right collection, signing the agreement, and securing your date — so everything feels clear and easy moving forward.
Engagement Session
Your engagement session is a chance to slow down and enjoy this season together — without the pace of a wedding day.
It’s also a time for us to get comfortable working together, so by the time your wedding arrives, being photographed feels natural and easy. We’ll create meaningful images you can use for save-the-dates or simply to remember this chapter of your story.
By the time your wedding day arrives, my hope is that it feels like a friend is there capturing your moments.
Final Planning & Wedding Day
About a month before your wedding, we’ll connect again to finalize timeline details and walk through the flow of your day. This ensures everything feels intentional, organized, and relaxed.
Then, on your wedding day, your only job is to be fully present — soaking in the love, connection, and celebration around you — while I document the moments that matter most.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reach out once they have their date and venue secured — but if you’re earlier in the process, I’m always happy to chat and see what’s possible.
Do you travel?
Yes! I regularly photograph weddings on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and in the Okanagan — and I’m always happy to add new locations.
Do you help with timelines?
Absolutely. Building a thoughtful timeline helps your day feel relaxed and natural. We’ll plan your day around what matters most to you, then choose coverage that fits — not the other way around.
How many images will we receive?
You’ll receive approximately 40–60 images per hour, and 50–70 images per hour with a second photographer.
You’ll receive a preview gallery by the end of the week following your wedding, with your full gallery delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Can we add film or a second photographer later?
Yes! You can absolutely decide this closer to your date. For second photographers, two months in advance is best. Film can be added anytime up until our final meeting.
